Belongts to ZSOAR AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd., the company was founded in 1992, a Chinese leading factory of Automobile Clutches, DCT Clutches, Oxygen Sensors and NOx Sensors, is committed to provide professional Auto Parts for markets that demand high quality, durability, and performance. We have 70, 000m² Production area and 320 employees. As one of key high-tech enterprises in National Torch Program, we have loaded several digital management systems, and equipped with numerous robotic arms for fully automated production. INTELLIGENT MANUFACTURING
We have industry-leading labs, complete heat treatment equipments, high precision machining centers, first-rate automated production equipment, and advanced quality control system. We use the MES system to monitor, track, document, and control the process of manufacturing, in order to creating a Smart Factory. Besides, more and more modern information and communication technologies like ERP, WMS, APS and Cloud Computing are used in our daily operation to increase the productivity, quality and flexibility.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT (IATF 16949-certified)
Every product component is individually inspected and tested against set performance specifications. Tests include stress and fatigue testing, operational capability, fitment testing, wear simulation, salt spray testing and etc. We conduct final performance testing on each product before sending it to the warehouse. Our yearly quality claim rate is under 1.5%.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
With strong technical research and development capabilities, ZSOAR is becoming the leading company in the aftermarket clutch industry in China. We have more than 30 experienced engineers to develop totally new products within a relatively short period of time. Our annual development capacity is over 60 clutch kits. We have a state-level laboratory and testing center to allow engineers run all kinds of testing and analysis. We have the professional in-house tool team to finish all the tooling development.
